Management Team

KERRY ANGELOS, President

Kerry is a real estate industry veteran with over 20 years of construction and land development experience, including large-scale and infill projects in Portland, Oregon and throughout the Boise area. Kerry is President of Status Homes and Status Corporation of Idaho (SCOI). As one of Portland's top residential builders, Status Corporation built and sold over 1,000 quality residential, single-family detached homes and developed in excess of 400 residential lots. SCOI and Status Homes, Inc have developed several residential plats delivering over 500 residential lots and built and sold over 700 quality single family homes in the Boise market area since 1999.

Kerry is a licensed contractor in both Oregon and Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho Building Contractors Association, the Building Contractors Association of SW Idaho, Inc., the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association and the National Association of Homebuilders.

SCOTT DUNTON, Executive Vice President of National Sales

Scott began his career in real estate over 14 years ago. He has been involved in various transactions throughout the United States in a wide variety of product types including office, flex-tech, industrial, retail, hospitality and multi-family.

During the past four years, he was the top performer and played a lead role in the sales and marketing of over eighty TIC sponsored properties, valued in excess of $2.3 Billion.

Mr. Dunton developed, implemented and maintained a national sales team comprised of real estate professionals, agents, brokers, CPA firms & 1031 exchange intermediaries.


Team Members

MICHAEL HENDRICHS, Director of Acquisitions & Finance

Mr. Hendrichs is the Director of Acquisitions and Finance for BNI Equities. He has more than 10 years experience in commercial real estate with a background in acquisitions, lending, and marketing of real estate across the nation. Prior to joining BNI Equities, he served as the Director of Acquisitions for TIC Capital and was involved with the acquisition of $50 million in commercial property acquisitions.

Prior to TIC Capital, Mr. Hendrichs was employed with the DBSI Group of Companies where he held several positions, including Loan Manager, Acquisitions Associate, and Marketing Liaison. During his tenure at DBSI, Mr. Hendrichs was involved in tenant-in-common debt sourcing, marketing, and property acquisitions which exceeded $150 million. Prior to joining the DBSI Group of Companies, Mr. Hendrichs was a Relationship Manger in the San Francisco Regional Commercial Banking Office (ÒRCBOÓ) at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Hendrichs' tenure at Wells Fargo included a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to underwriting and managing new and existing relationships, which included managing a $60 million loan portfolio consisting mostly of commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Hendrichs has been involved in real estate transactions throughout the Unedited States in a wide variety of product types including office, flex, industrial, retail, multi-family and raw land. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Boise State University.

RENA MAGGARD, Investor Relations

Rena is the Director of Investor Relations for BNI Equities, LLC. Her experience encompasses title and escrow and also includes financial planning. Prior to joining BNI Equities she acquired over five years of experience in the title and escrow business working in many different areas. Her most recent position was with a subsidiary of Citigroup as a financial planner.

She is a licensed life insurance agent and loan certification in the State of Idaho. She also holds her Series 6 and 63 securities licenses.

JODI ROZELL, Executive Coordinator

Jodi is the Executive Coordinator for BNI Equities, LLC. Prior to joining BNI Equities, she was employed with the DBSI Group of Companies in the capacity of Administrative Assistant and later served as a Paralegal for the Legal Leasing Team preparing leases for over 2, 500 tenants and contracts for 1,500 service providers.

Prior to joining the DBSI Group of Companies, Jodi’s experience of providing excellent customer service spans for over a period of twenty-five years in the Administrative Assistant arena.
